With tails wagging and holiday cheer in the air, things are bustling at our vet clinic! How can you help? Well, being right on time for your appointment would be paws-itively fantastic! If you are 10 to 15 minutes late, we will need to re-schedule your appointment for another day, no exceptions.
Canceling on the same day or missing an appointment may lead to a fee. Life can be a bit ruff sometimes, so if plans change, a heads-up 48 hours beforehand will waive this fee. Thanks for your understanding!
